What Equipment is Required for Les Mills COMBAT?

For the most part, all you need is your own body to get ripped and lean. However some of the workouts may require light dumbbells, depending on your fitness level. You really can’t go heavy when doing intense cardio intervals.

How much Room Space is required for Les Mills Combat?

I guess the popularity of mixed martial arts and the way many actors train for weeks before performing in an action film, have made combat training programs popular. Clearly, they work for actors as well as other people. This looks like something I want to do. Thanks for the post.

I am interested in this very much because I loved the Kenpo X on the P90X series. And would love to do this as well I’m sure as a matter of fact it looks like more fun than the Kenpo X was. Thank you for posting this I’ll look into this more and see what I need to do to get it. You did a great job on this post keep up the good work.

I completely agree: Beach Body just keeps churning out cutting edge fitness programs that anyone can follow from the comfort of their home or hotel. I was totally sold on the commitment and legitimacy of Beach Body programs when I decided to try P90X and ended up with the best abs of my life. And I did it in a short time, which was a shocker and a game changer for me.

I think this is a great form of exercise because not only are you exercising but you are learning how to fight as well. Thank you for posting this information I look forward to finding a class near me where I can get involved in something like this. I am always looking for some new exercise that will keep me from getting bored, this is it.

This looks like a lot of fun, I have been wanting to take martial arts classes for awhile now but I always talk myself out of it because I am afraid of looking like a fool. I would love to try this though because I can get it and try it at home. I was doing Taebo and Kenpo for awhile at home but I don’t know if I got the form right or not.

This is twice as beneficial as just one type of exercise not to mention you are learning a self defense tactic as well. Not to mention this looks like fun, I have tried other exercise routines like yoga and dance but they don’t teach you a way to defend yourself like this does. I am going to give this a try and see what I can get out of it.
