I just got back from the Las Vegas 2012 Coach Summit and I am so excited to share with you everything that I learned! I thought last year’s 2,500 live workout with celebrity trainers such as Tony Horton, Shaun T, and Chalene Johnson was amazing, but his year we packed the streets with 5,000 passionate Beachbody coaches and it was the Beachbody event of the decade!!
As usual, there were tons of exciting news releases by Team Beachbody and I am happy to share this with all of you. Some hot releases you are probably already aware of, but there are some terrific developments in the works as well. Body Beast Now Available
The Body Beast is now available and is making a storm! Body Beast is the first program by Beachbody that focuses purely on muscle gain and hypertrophy. It’s about time Beachbody released a program like this because gaining muscle mass is a huge concern for many guys. P90X is an excellent lean mass builder and will give people the muscular definition they seek to get ripped. But if you are looking to increase muscle mass and gain muscle size, some adjustments need to be made. If you are looking to gain muscle with P90X, then check out my P90X section for the details.
With the release of Body Beast also comes a whole new line of supplements that are extremely essential for building muscle mass. I’ll be talking about them in depth very soon as well as release a full Body Beast review. For now, let me tell you that I am really excited for the new Body Beast supplements because their formulation is based on the latest studies that have proven to yield greater results in strength, endurance, muscle recovery and repair, and muscle gain. I’m especially excited for the Super Suma Root and actually ordered that ASAP before I even ordered the Body Beast. (Although looking back I should have ordered the Body Beast Beast Stack Kit to get all the supplements) Suma Root is a natural substance that gives results similar to steroids, but without the negative, harmful effects. It’s extremely hard to find without being added to other junk and expect a full Super Suma Root review from me very soon.
New INSANITY Asylum Infomercial
The new INSANITY Asylum Infomercial features Apolo Ono, the Olympic Short Track Speed Skating hero, and will be airing very soon. The infomercial is fantastic and unlike ads of the years past by other companies, Apolo is a celebrity that acutally uses and loves the program. Beachbody never pays anybody for testimonials. Period. What we represent is always real people and real results and the fact that Apolo was happily endorsing this program is plain awesome.

INSANITY Asylum Volume 2 Release date!
That’s right, volume 2 is coming! At Summit, I did a group workout with Shaun T where he revealed the new “Ab Blast” from his next installment of Asylum workouts. His entire workout was brutally fun as we didn’t do any “cardio” at all, Instead, he grouped together all his favorite plyometric moves from both INSANITY and Asylum workouts into one killer workout. It was absolute madness 
people! The INSANITY Asylum Volume 2 release date will be this fall.
Les Mills Combat Release date!
Get ready for the next, hot workout from the Les Mills PUMP team! Already 60,000 people pack the gyms for these classes so expect the home workout version to be the next big hit from Beachbody. I will be taking Les Mills Combat Pre orders later this year for a near Christmas Release date. On a side note, Beachbody is also working on a MMX home workout so I’ll share more info on this as it develops.
New Chocolate Vegan Shakeology!
This was THE surprise hit of Summit as nobody knew this was in development, let alone be released this week for sale! This is big news, especially for those on the Ultimate Reset, not to mention anyone else looking for a new vegan Shakeology flavor. This formula is absolutely amazing as it is extremely nutritious, yet sweetened by natural ingredients. I’ll be doing a full review soon but after trying it myself, I’ll say that the chocolate sweetness is toned down and has a sorta dark chocolate flavor. I’ll be including this as an option for Shakeology sample Trial packs as soon as the packs are available. So be sure to check back at my site and order your samples ASAP!
New Cordastra supplement
This product was inspired by oriental medicine and was developed in conjunction with Dr. Mark Chang, from Tai Cheng. This is a new, amazing supplement that promotes energy, endurance, stamina and a healthy immune system, much in the way that Shakeology does. If for any reason you don’t want to use Shakeology in your daily routine, this supplement is a great starting point to get similar effects. New Derm Exclusive: Face and Skin Care
I know what you’re thinking..what does this have to do with Beachbody? Even though the Derm Exclusive facial line has nothing to do with fitness or inner health, it has everything to do with Beachbody’s commitment to quality using natural products that dramatically improve people’s lives. Like Apolo with Asylum, Minnie Driver enthusiastically uses and endorses this product. The crowd was gong wild watching this infomercial and the Derm Exclusive booth was packed with the ladies testing out this new product line. After seeing so many of my fellow gal Coaches snapping this product up, it was enough for me to grab a set so my wife can try it out too. I choose to go with the Derm Exclusive Ultimate Kit but there are other options as well. We’ll get a Derm Exclusive review of that to post on my blog too to show the results.

I’m so excited for the Combat to come out! I’m a huge PUMP fan so can you please tell me when I can get it?

I finished Asylum 2 weeks ago and that was some insane workouts. No other program works better so I really want volume 2. Is there preorders with volume 2?
There is no Insanity Asylum volume 2 pre order release date. You can order it the day it comes out. As with most releases, Coaches will have a head start to offer them to people before Beachbody releases it main stream. Since you are on my member team already, you’ll definitely be the first to know when it comes out!
